Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering squad (4–12 engineers).
• Interact with product stakeholders to clarify priorities and align delivery.
• Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery and operational health of systems.
• Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives and delivery rituals.
• Own team metrics: throughput, cycle time, defect rate, system stability.
