• Engineering degree with solid knowledge of technical and project management.
• Proven leadership and resilience in demanding environments.
• Strong budgets, timelines and financial metrics understanding.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and coordinate the engineering core team across disciplines.
• Develop and implement the Engineering Management Plan and monitor risks.
• Represent engineering to internal customers and escalate issues when needed.
• Plan resources and workload, updating capacity and forecasts.
• Lead design reviews and ensure delivery against QCD objectives.
