Qualifications

• Several years of experience working in the kitchen of a hotel.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50lbs.
• Fluency in local language, and compliance with food handling laws.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, cook and properly present dishes.
• Manage and train kitchen staff.
• Help develop new dishes and menus.
• Ensure high standards of food hygiene.
• Monitor portion and waste control.
• Conduct shift briefings in the chef's absence.
• Provide direction to kitchen helpers.
• Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.
