Darwin Recruitment is seeking a Business Solution Manager – Asset Management for a Brussels-based project. This freelance role focuses on delivering a data-driven asset needs management product for maintenance, replacement and risk-mitigation planning across critical grid assets.

You will collaborate with Asset Managers, data specialists and IT, applying Python, Power BI and modern data platforms to drive digital transformation in an industrial environment; 60% remote, 40% onsite in Brussels.

Qualifications

• Experience in product delivery / digital transformation in industrial or asset-intensive environments.
• Hands-on Python programming experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Asset Management maintenance/reliability or EAM experience is a strong asset.
• Power BI or modern data platforms experience is an asset.
• Professional English; Dutch and/or French a plus.

Contract Length – 15 Months (Extendable)

Our client, a major energy-transition player, is scaling a data-driven asset needs management product for maintenance, replacement and risk-mitigation planning across critical grid assets, working closely with Asset Managers, data specialists and IT.

Key skills and Experience required

• Product delivery / digital transformation experience, ideally in an industrial or asset-intensive environment
• Strong hands-on Python skills
• Stakeholder-management and workshop facilitation skills
• Asset Management, maintenance/reliability engineering or Enterprise Asset Management experience is a strong asset
• Power BI or modern data platforms experience is an asset
• Professional English; Dutch and/or French a plus
