OneTech Solutions BV is seeking a Product Owner to lead the ANM product in a large-scale asset environment. You will own the roadmap, partner with asset managers, data specialists and IT to deliver scalable capabilities, and use Python to validate data-driven insights.

The role combines business operations with technology and data, requiring hands-on backlog prioritisation, workshop facilitation and clear stakeholder communications.

Responsabilités

• Support the Product Owner in shaping and delivering the product roadmap.
• Take end-to-end ownership of topics from problem definition to implementation follow-up.
• Analyse and improve maintenance, replacement and risk-mitigation processes.
• Define and validate business rules and generation/decision logic.
• Use Python to analyse datasets, reproduce results and investigate anomalies.
• Identify data-quality issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Facilitate workshops with Asset Managers and stakeholders.
• Bridge between Business/Asset Management, Product, Data and IT teams.
• Prepare clear recommendations and stakeholder communications.
• Support backlog refinement and prioritisation for delivery readiness.
• Contribute to testing, release prep, deployment and user adoption.

About mission

We are looking for a Product Owner to support the development and evolution of a strategic Asset Needs Management (ANM) product within a large-scale, asset-intensive environment.

The product supports the identification, generation, assessment and management of maintenance, replacement and risk-mitigation needs, enabling more reliable, transparent and data-driven decisions.

You will work closely with the Product Owner, Asset Managers, domain experts, Data specialists and IT teams, combining product thinking, business/process understanding and hands-on data analysis to translate complex operational challenges into scalable product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Product Owner in shaping and delivering the product roadmap, aligned with business needs and organisational objectives.
• Take end-to-end ownership of selected product topics, from problem definition and stakeholder alignment through validation and implementation follow-up.
• Analyse and improve maintenance, replacement and risk-mitigation processes and translate them into scalable product capabilities.
• Define, document, test and validate business rules, generation rules and decision logic.
• Use Python hands-on to analyse datasets, reproduce results, validate hypotheses, investigate anomalies and challenge business logic.
• Identify data-quality issues, assess their business impact and coordinate corrective actions.
• Facilitate workshops with Asset Managers, domain experts and stakeholders.
• Act as the bridge between Business/Asset Management, Product, Data and IT teams.
• Prepare clear recommendations, product documentation, decision material and stakeholder communications.
• Support backlog preparation, refinement and prioritisation, ensuring items are clear, valuable and delivery-ready.
• Contribute to testing, release preparation, deployment, user adoption and continuous improvement.
• Monitor product quality and business outcomes using data and user feedback.
• Ensure continuity of product activities and support the Product Owner in stakeholder alignment, backlog decisions, delivery follow-up and product ceremonies when required.

Required Profile

• Relevant professional experience in Product Ownership/Product Delivery, Digital Transformation, Process Optimisation, Data-Driven Decision Support or a comparable role.
• Proven experience working at the intersection of business operations, technology and data.
• Strong hands-on Python expertise, with the ability to use code to investigate complex business and data questions.
• Ability to translate ambiguous operational challenges into clear options, recommendations and actionable product outcomes.
• Experience with backlog prioritisation, roadmap planning, product ceremonies and delivery decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and influence senior stakeholders.
• Autonomous, pragmatic and hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership of complex topics.
• Comfortable working at both strategic and detailed levels across processes, business rules, data and implementation.

Strong Assets

• Experience within industrial, infrastructure, utilities or other asset-intensive environments.
• Knowledge of Asset Management, maintenance engineering, reliability engineering, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or asset decision-support solutions.
• Experience with Power BI and/or modern data platforms.
