Pauwels Consulting in Brussels is seeking a Senior Business Solution Manager to drive the digital transformation of asset management. You will shape data-driven product capabilities for maintenance and replacement strategies across critical infrastructure.

You will partner with the Product Owner, translate complex processes into scalable requirements, apply Python for data analysis, and lead workshops to align business needs with technical solutions. This role is full-time and hands-on.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product delivery or digital transformation in asset-intensive environments.
• Expert knowledge of Asset Management / Maintenance Engineering / EAM.
• Advanced Python for data analysis and investigating complex business questions.
• Experience at the intersection of business, technology and data in industrial or utility sectors.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior decision-makers.
• Excellent workshop facilitation and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French.

Responsabilités

• Support the Product Owner in defining and delivering the product roadmap aligned with strategic objectives.
• Translate maintenance and risk-mitigation processes into scalable product capabilities and technical requirements.
• Utilize Python to perform hands-on data analysis, validate business logic, and investigate anomalies within datasets.
• Facilitate workshops with domain experts and IT teams to bridge the gap between operational needs and technical solutions.
• Manage the product backlog, ensuring items are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for implementation.
• Act as a deputy for the Product Owner during stakeholder alignment meetings and product ceremonies to ensure continuity.
