Job summary

Vector Synergy in Brussels is seeking a Service Manager to define the operational support model across enterprise platforms, automation solutions, and secure on‑prem deployments. You will lead incident, problem, and change processes, coordinate maintenance activities, and prepare comprehensive support reports for leadership and stakeholders.

The role requires excellent written and verbal communication, strong stakeholder engagement, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have experience implementing enterprise platforms, automation, secure on-prem deployments, integration and lifecycle support.
• Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in English.
• Must be a national of a NATO member country.
