Engibex, a dynamic Belgian consulting firm focused on engineering and R&D initiatives, is expanding its Brussels team with an entrepreneurial Business Manager role. You will build a business unit within an existing structure, drive a development strategy, and manage client portfolios.

You will lead a team of consultants, coordinate commercial relations, and monitor financial performance while enjoying a competitive salary package, company car, and fringe benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 0–4 years of work experience.
• Fluent in English with Dutch or French as mother tongue.
• Knowledge of another national language is a plus.
• Affinity for technology and proactive, autonomous work style.

Headquartered in Brussels, we develop our activities on the Belgian market. Engibex focuses on solving technical problems for customers and partners through project or outsourcing engineering activities.

To strengthen our internal team in Brussels, we are currently looking for a Business Manager. This is an entrepreneurial role, where you will have the unique opportunity to build your own business unit within an existing structure.

As an entrepreneur at heart and with a professional sense of taking responsibility:

• Manage a Business Development Strategy;
• Acquire and develop a solid customer portfolio;
• Organising & coordinating commercial relationships with your partners;
• Acquire the necessary resources to help achieve our clients' objectives;
• Being in charge of your own team of consultants;
• Oversee the financial status of your activity.

Profile / Requirements

• You have a Master's degree in Engineering, Commercial Sciences or General Management;
• You have 0 to 4 years of work experience;
• You have Dutch or French as your mother tongue, and are fluent in English;
• A good knowledge of another national language is a plus;
• You have an affinity and passion for technology;
• You can listen and communicate well, are persuasive and proactive;
• You are autonomous, you can set your own priorities but you are also a team player with an eye for business interests;
• You are a hands‑on person with a clear problem‑solving attitude;
• You are comfortable with initiative and motivation to achieve planned and ambitious goals.
