FinSquare Consulting Group in Brussels is seeking a results-driven Business Manager to lead client engagements and grow our portfolio. You will develop client relationships, identify opportunities, and mentor consultants, matching expertise to client needs.

Based in Watermael-Boitsfort, you will join a dynamic team and contribute to sustained growth and service excellence. We seek a candidate with a Master’s degree and 2–5 years of experience, fluent French, and strong English and/or Dutch

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Economics or Management.
• 2–5 years of professional experience.
• Fluent in French; good command of English and/or Dutch.
• Strong commercial mindset and relationship-building skills; hands-on team player.
