Job summary

Atlas Copco Group in Wilrijk, Belgium, seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst to transform market, customer, and sales data into actionable insights. You will join the Sales Strategy Team and report to the Hiring Manager Sales Strategy.

You will develop Power BI dashboards, connect data from multiple sources, support Customer Centers with reporting and performance analysis, and explore AI and advanced analytics to improve commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset with experience handling large, diverse datasets.
• Experience with business intelligence tools, data visualization, reporting platforms, and dashboard development.
• Interest in AI and advanced analytics and their practical business applications.
• Understanding of sales, marketing, market intelligence, or business development processes.

Your role

Bring your curiosity to work as our next Business Intelligence Analyst.

You will be part of the Sales Strategy Team and report to the Hiring Manager Sales Strategy.

In this role, your mission is to transform market, customer, and sales data into actionable insights that support the Full Potential Plan, accelerate business growth, and drive data-driven decision-making across Customer Centers and regions.

Your Daily Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain market intelligence, customer opportunity models, and business insights that support commercial growth initiatives.
• Analyze and connect data from multiple sources to identify market opportunities, customer potential, and strategic priorities.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to support fact-based decision-making.
• Support Customer Centers with reporting, performance analysis, and Full Potential Plan initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvements in data quality, reporting processes, pricing tools, and digital platforms.
• Explore and promote the use of artificial intelligence and advanced analytics to improve commercial performance, efficiency, and customer engagement.

Your Skills And Experience

This role offers a hybrid working model, allowing you to divide your time between working remotely and working on-site at Atlas Copco Airpower in Wilrijk, Belgium.
