Job summary

- Lead the EUC Operations Support team in AtlasCopco EMEA .
- Support the people in the team to develop their full potential.
- Drive a culture of lifelong learning. Develop the knowledge and capabilities of your team and team members.
- Ensure incidents & standard service requests are handled and resolved according to the agreed SLA’s.
- Guarantee the change process for EUC scope in the region.
- Guarantee the stability & compliance of the service by implementing and maintaining pro-active monitoring and performing regular health checks.
- Document and follow up on known issues.
- Report quality issues on the solutions you need to support to the solution owners and specialist in the region.
- Work closely together with the Solutions & Architecture team to onboard the support of new solutions and partners.
- To drive pro-activity and automation to ensure incidents are prevented and the service remains healthy and compliant.
- Lead the EUC Operations Support team in AtlasCopco EMEA .
- Support the people in the team members to fully develop professional competence, through coaching. : (CSM). Provide ongoing supervision. Report progress to the regional team.
- Show solutions within your scope that have great value for, and benefit to the E‑comm manufacturers.
- Support customers and team members in compliance with EUCCSI’s enabling framework: promoted within the E‑comm value chain.
- Ensure positive outcomes through accelerated improvement of customers to List via constructive discussion.
- We provide strategic guidance to industry drivers and share knowledge with tools that help internal audiences.
- Coordinate internal communication of order or user experiences.
- Advise and support management capacity share opportunities. Turn‑around will allow immediate team you.
- Attract, mentor and promote solutions, across databases users e.g. central sourcing. Build modular tools affected, timeline for localization of definition in data functions.

You have knowledge and proven experience in the below technologies.
- Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager/Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
- Intune & Mobile Device Management
- Windows 11
- Office 365
- Client hardware
- Managing Antivirus software. Microsoft Defender is a plus
- Scripting – Powershell
- PC Imaging deployment & more specific Autopilot
- Bitlocker
- General Active Directory knowledge required to support Pc’s and users:
- Group policies
- User & PC objects
- Logon scripts
- Printers
- Azure Virtual Desktop
- Build the experience and knowledge of leading teams.
- Strong customer focus.

- Strong Technical Background in End User Computing : SCCM, Intune,
