Job summary

Atlas Copco Group in Belgium is seeking a data-focused BI professional to design and develop reports and dashboards, translating business needs into actionable data products. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Operations and Technical Support, define the roadmap, build end-to-end data solutions, and contribute to a data-driven culture in a hybrid role based in Wilrijk.

You’ll collaborate across departments to shape purposeful data products and ensure insights are accessible and actionable.

In this role, you will design and develop new reports and dashboards while advising on data model design and architecture. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver and own, together with the product team, end-to-end data products supporting our Operations and Technical Support department. This includes defining the purpose, roadmap, and delivery of data products, from data pipelines through to the final dashboard, ensuring that business needs are translated into impactful and user-friendly data solutions.

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience. Fluent in English (oral and written).
• 3-6 years of experience in Business Intelligence tools/principles and dimensional modelling. We are using PowerBI but since most BI tools share similar concepts, specific background in this tool is not a must.
• Experience with Data Engineering principles, SQL, Spark and Python is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms and documentation practices.
• Interested in modern technologies, AI usage to improve efficiency and industrial data contexts.
• Knowledge of Azure tools (e.g., Databricks) is a plus.
• Understanding of agile methodologies or product ownership principles.
