Cream Consulting is seeking a Business Manager to grow our client portfolio and recruit top consulting talent. You will manage client relationships, design compelling offers, and negotiate contracts to ensure successful engagements.

You will guide consultants’ career development, training, and progression while driving long-term growth for Cream in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Fluent in French and English.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in business development in consulting.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong interest in business development.
• Proactive, strong-willed, dynamic and results driven.
• Ability to work in a stimulating environment and meet demanding targets, 100% involved in BD.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with the client portfolio and recruit future talent for the team.
• Design competitive offers and negotiate client contracts, supporting client development and success.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and drive long-term growth for consultants.
• Manage career development, training, and progression of consultants.
• Collaborate with leadership to mentor and shape Cream’s BD strategy.
