Cream Consulting in Brussels is looking for a Process Engineer to map, optimize and improve business processes within an Agile team. You will design, document, and implement new processes and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver improvements.

Your role requires a Master’s degree, 2+ years of process analysis, 1+ year BPMN experience, and fluency in English plus French or Dutch.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years analyzing processes.
• At least 1 year BPMN use.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
• Professional proficiency in English and French or Dutch.

YOUR FUTURE PROJECTS :

As Cyril, Process Engineer at Cream, you map, optimize and improve processes.

Your tasks will be :

• Design, document, and implement new business processes.
• Analyze, map, and optimize processes
• Manage process changes and support their deployment, including end-user guidance after implementation
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders within an Agile team to deliver process improvements
• Monitor process performance through KPIs and drive continuous process improvement initiative

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM OUR CONSULTANT ?

• Master's degree in related field or the equivalent in experience.

• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
