Spott is a YC-backed AI startup with an office in Leuven, Belgium. We are building the first AI-native recruitment platform to empower recruiters to close more placements and help everyone find the right job more easily.

We are looking for a recent graduate or up to 2 years in a junior sales role to help build outbound motion, own pipeline generation and qualify meetings. The role requires high energy, self-motivation and strong English communication, with Dutch/French as a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics, Engineering or Communications or related field.
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years in a sales development, business development or junior sales role.
• Hands-on outbound or prospecting experience: cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn.
• Fluent English with Dutch/French a plus.
• Curiosity about sales technology or recruitment software/SaaS.

Responsabilités

What We're Looking For

• You have a Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Communications or a related field.
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in a sales development, business development or other junior sales role.
• Hands-on outbound or prospecting experience: cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn, and, if you have sales experience, can point to activity or results you personally drove.
• High energy, self-motivation and a relentless drive to learn and win.
• Clear, confident verbal and written communication skills in English (Dutch/French are a plus).
• Curiosity about sales technology and an interest in recruitment software or SaaS.

What You'll Do

• You'll help build Spott's outbound motion from the ground up, working closely with our GTM team and a dedicated senior AE as your mentor.
• Own outbound pipeline generation through cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn.
• Book and qualify meetings for the sales team.
• Join sales calls to learn the full cycle.
• Research target accounts and help shape outreach messaging.
