Spott in Leuven, Belgium is seeking a product designer to help shape our AI-native recruitment platform. You will design sleek, scalable UI and turn complex requirements into clear user flows and high-fidelity designs.

You’ll work with frontend, product and founders to deliver outstanding UX, using feedback and data to continuously improve usability. A fast-paced environment requires resilience and adaptability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant design experience in SaaS or digital products.
• Able to sketch and rapidly prototype and visualize end-to-end UX journeys.
• Proficient with product design tools, especially Figma.
• Experience with user research/feedback tools (Dovetail, Maze, Hotjar) is a plus.

What We’re Looking For

We are product-obsessed. Technical execution is only part of it: the design, look and feel, and ease of use must be equally good. You will help uphold that standard across everything we ship.

• +2 years of relevant design experience, ideally in B2B/B2C SaaS, enterprise software or within a digital product agency
• Able to sketch and rapidly prototype, collaborating with teams to visualize end-to-end UX journeys and facilitate cross-functional UX discussions.
• Solid hands-on experience with product design tools like Figma
• Experience with research and feedback tools such as Dovetail, Maze, Hotjar, or similar platforms are a plus or willingness to learn
• You have the ability and personality to successfully work in a high-pace, rapidly-changing environment. You're resilient and can deal with ambiguity
