Spott in Leuven is seeking a product designer who is design-obsessed, capable of turning complex requirements into intuitive UI for a fast-growing AI-native recruitment platform. You’ll sketch, prototype, and deliver end-to-end UX that scales for marketing and product use.

Collaborate with frontend, product, and founders; contribute to user research, iterate with feedback tools, and help maintain a high standard of usability and visual quality across the product.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant design experience, ideally in B2B/B2C SaaS, enterprise software or within a digital product agency.
• Able to sketch and rapidly prototype, collaborating with teams to visualize end-to-end UX journeys and facilitate cross-functional UX discussions.
• Solid hands-on experience with product design tools like Figma
• Experience with research and feedback tools such as Dovetail, Maze, Hotjar, or similar platforms are a plus or willingness to learn.
• You have the ability and personality to successfully work in a high-paced, rapidly-changing environment. You're resilient and can deal with ambiguity
