Bring Back, a pioneer in circular packaging systems located in Belgium, is seeking a Business Developer. In this role, you will grow revenue by acquiring new clients and reshaping supply chains without traditional sales tactics, focusing entirely on sustainable and reusable packaging solutions.
The position requires expertise in B2B sales and strong technical knowledge, alongside a commitment to transitioning towards a circular economy. Hybrid working arrangements are possible, and fluency in French and Dutch is mandatory.
Remote
Bring Back is a pioneer of circular packaging systems in Belgium.
We design and operate reusable packaging solutions, mainly based on glass, combining industrial washing, logistics, and return‑flow management.
Based on LCA results, our reuse loops deliver 70% lower CO₂e emissions and 30% less water use on average, with bottles achieving 25 reuses.
In a world facing rising costs, supply‑chain pressure and increasingly strict European regulation (PPWR), Bring Back offers companies a robust, future‑proof and economically sound alternative to single‑use packaging.
In many cases, we can match or beat the unit economics of single‑use. Reuse is not only about sustainability — it’s a pragmatic business case built on cost stability, supply security and compliance. This is still underestimated in the market.
Our mission is simple and ambitious:
Secure our clients’ long‑term operations by building low‑carbon, reusable packaging systems that actually work at scale.
We are looking for a Business Developer who wants to play a key role in the growth of Bring Back.
This is not a traditional sales role.
You are not selling bottles — you are building systems, convincing industrial decision‑makers, and reshaping supply chains.
Your core mission is clear:
Grow revenue and gross margin by acquiring new clients and increasing volumes in our reuse systems.
Send us your profile and tell us why you want to help build the future of circular packaging with Bring Back.
