Huxley is seeking a Product Owner / Business Analyst to support ongoing digital transformation in Brussels. You will own requirements, liaise with users, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features that improve business processes and security alignment.

You will work in a hybrid Brussels setup with ENG, FR, NL language requirements, engaging stakeholders from multiple domains and ensuring successful user adoption through training and documentation.

For a large-scale digital transformation environment, we are looking for a Product Owner / Business Analyst to support the evolution of applications used by teams on a daily basis. The role combines product ownership, business analysis, stakeholder management, and change management within a multidisciplinary team.

Your Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into functional requirements
• Act as the main point of contact for end users and stakeholders
• Collaborate with development teams and external partners to deliver new features
• Participate in business and functional analyses of new initiatives
• Model and optimize business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE)
• Coordinate impact assessments involving security, legal, and operational stakeholders
• Bridge the gap between business, technical, and security teams
• Support user adoption through training, communication, documentation, and second-line support
• Monitor progress and report on activities to program stakeholders

Your Profile

• Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Functional Analyst

Practical Information

• Duration: Initial contract until end of 2026, with possible extension
