Pauwels Consulting in Brussels is seeking a experienced Business Analyst to support digital transformation through data-driven processes. You will map as-is and to-be processes, improve data exchange across departments, and translate policy objectives into functional IT solutions.

You will draft user stories with clear acceptance criteria, coordinate UAT with external IT vendors, and steer stakeholder workshops to harmonize methodologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and process modeling using BPMN.
• 3+ years of experience with PRINCE2 and Agile project management methodologies.
• 1+ years of experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in functional analysis and drafting user stories.
• Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and quality control processes.
• Experience managing external IT vendors.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proactive, analytical, and strong in stakeholder management.
• Fluent in Dutch or French with a good understanding of English and the other national language.

• Execute comprehensive business analyses, including the definition of as-is and to-be process flows.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and streamline cross-departmental data exchange.
• Draft detailed user stories and establish clear acceptance criteria for technical teams.
• Monitor external IT suppliers and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) procedures.

• You have 5+ years of experience in business analysis and process modeling using BPMN.
• You bring 3+ years of experience with PRINCE2 and Agile project management methodologies.
• You're proficient with 1+ years of experience in Jira and Confluence.
• You possess experience in functional analysis and drafting user stories.
• You have experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and quality control processes.
• You bring experience managing external IT vendors and their functional deliverables.
• You possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• You're proactive, analytical, and strong in stakeholder management.
• You are fluent in Dutch or French with a good understanding of English and the other national language.
