You will work with business stakeholders, project teams and technical delivery groups to understand needs and define requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering and process modelling.
• Experience with diagramming tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and UML/BPMN is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills in Agile environments.

Business Analyst – Digital Transformation

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support digital transformation and business process improvement projects within a large international public-sector environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams and technical delivery teams to understand business needs, define requirements and support the successful implementation of digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Solution Design

• Analyse business needs, objectives and expected outcomes.
• Elicit, validate and document business requirements.
• Analyse and model current and future business processes and workflows.
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for process optimisation.
• Develop clear business, functional and non-functional specifications.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into practical solution options.

Implementation & Delivery

• Support the preparation and refinement of project backlogs.
• Maintain requirements traceability throughout delivery.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and delivery coordination.
• Work with stakeholders and delivery teams to clarify functional requirements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Coordinate UAT feedback, defects and business validation.
• Verify that delivered solutions meet agreed business requirements.

Project Support

• Support the Project Manager across business analysis activities.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Contribute to reporting, KPI monitoring and data analysis.
• Prepare business documentation, meeting minutes and reporting materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, process analysis and business process modelling.
• Experience with diagramming, modelling and wireframing tools such as:
• Microsoft Visio
• Lucidchart
• UML
• BPMN
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and structured requirements.
