A consulting firm in Brussels is looking for a Junior Business Analyst / Product Owner to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams for digital and IT projects. Overview

As a Junior Business Analyst / Product Owner, you will support digital and IT projects by acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will gather requirements, define user needs, and help ensure the delivery of solutions aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
• Support the Product Owner in managing and prioritizing the product backlog
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure proper delivery
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews)
• Assist in testing activities (UAT, functional validation)
• Ensure clear communication between business and technical teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Ability to write clear user stories and functional documentation
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset
