Huxley is seeking a Product Owner / Business Analyst to support ongoing digital transformation in Brussels. You will own requirements, liaise with users, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features that improve business processes and security alignment.

You will work in a hybrid Brussels setup with ENG, FR, NL language requirements, engaging stakeholders from multiple domains and ensuring successful user adoption through training and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Owner/BA/Functional Analyst.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Translate complex business needs into clear requirements.
• Familiarity with BPMN is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused and value-driven approach.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments and supporting change initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact for end users and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development teams and external partners to deliver new features.
• Participate in business and functional analyses of new initiatives.
• Model and optimize business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE).
• Coordinate impact assessments involving security, legal, and operational stakeholders.
• Bridge the gap between business, technical, and security teams.
• Support user adoption through training, communication, documentation, and second-line support.
• Monitor progress and report on activities to program stakeholders.
