Huxley is seeking an experienced Interim Product Owner to join a Brussels-based team focused on contact center solutions for a leading banking organization. You will own and prioritize the product backlog, define epics and user stories, and coordinate Agile ceremonies to drive value for customers and stakeholders.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with CRM and service case management experts, ensure alignment with business objectives, and mentor team members while promoting Agile best

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as Product Owner or similar with Agile delivery.
• Experience with CCaaS, CRM, and service case management.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Scrum certification (CSPO/PSPO or equivalent).

Mission Overview

For a leading banking organization, we are seeking an experienced Interim Product Owner to join a team responsible for customer engagement and contact center solutions.

As Product Owner, you will be responsible for managing and prioritizing the product backlog, coordinating Agile ceremonies, and acting as the key liaison between the Scrum team and stakeholders. You will help drive the delivery of strategic initiatives related to Contact Center technologies, CRM platforms, and service case management solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, combined with hands‑on experience in Agile environments and customer service technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Backlog Management

• Own and manage the product backlog, including Epics, User Stories, and Tasks.
• Define priorities in alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure backlog items are well‑defined, refined, and ready for development.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable requirements.

Agile Delivery

• Organize and facilitate backlog refinement sessions.
• Coordinate Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Work closely with the Scrum Master to ensure efficient team delivery.
• Support the team in removing impediments and overcoming challenges.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the main point of contact for several transversal initiatives.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Ensure clear communication regarding priorities, risks, dependencies, and progress.
• Help navigate internal review and validation processes to facilitate delivery.

Team Leadership

• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Support and motivate team members throughout project delivery.
• Encourage continuous improvement and Agile best practices.
• Contribute to maintaining a high‑performing and engaged team culture.

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Product Owner, or similar role.
• Proven track record managing Agile product backlogs and delivery roadmaps.
• Experience leading or coaching Agile teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and decision‑making capabilities.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary environments.

Technical Skills

Mandatory

• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) solutions.
• Strong experience with CRM platforms and Service Case Management solutions.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Scrum certification, preferably:
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
  • Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
  • Equivalent Scrum Product Owner certification

Preferred

• Experience working with Contact Centers and/or Administrative Operations teams.
• Experience leading Scrum teams.
• Experience within the Banking or Financial Services sector.

Language Requirements

Mandatory

• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Strong Asset

• French and/or Dutch.
• Knowledge of both national languages is highly appreciated.
