Job summary

delaware BeLux is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors consultant to help our diverse client portfolio create HR environments where employees can grow, perform, and thrive.

You will work with HR teams and stakeholders to transform HR processes into modern digital experiences across modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Compensation, Succession & Development, Learning, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors in a consulting, implementation, or support role.
• Ability to translate HR and business requirements into efficientSuccessFactors solutions.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and how to translate business needs into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Driving end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations, from analysis and design to go-live and support
• Translating HR and business requirements into efficient and user-friendly SuccessFactors solutions
• Configuring and optimizing one or more SuccessFactors modules based on client needs
• Leading workshops, gathering requirements, and advising stakeholders
• Supporting integrations and ensuring seamless interaction between HR systems
• Acting as a trusted advisor, helping clients improve and evolve their HR processes
• Staying up to date with SuccessFactors innovations and translating them into added value for clients
• Collaborating with colleagues across different HR and technology domains

Your key responsibilities include:

• You have experience with SAP SuccessFactors in a consulting, implementation, or support role
• You have hands-on experience with one or more SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Succession & Development, Learning, or others
• You understand HR processes and enjoy translating business needs into practical solutions
• You are analytical, proactive, and customer-oriented
• You communicate fluently in French and English
• You enjoy working in different client environments and collaborating with various stakeholders
• You are open to working from one of our delaware offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, Liège or Wavre, combined with time spent on-site with our customers

Bonus points if:

• You are certified in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules
• You worked specifically on the Recruitment and Onboarding modules in the past
