As a Business Analyst People & Organisation, you play a key role between HR, business stakeholders and IT. You analyse business needs, optimise processes and translate them into scalable digital solutions that support the growth ambitions of La Lorraine Bakery Group.

• You analyse, challenge and translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.
• You facilitate workshops and ensure alignment between business objectives and system capabilities.
• You optimise HR processes through standardisation, automation and digitalisation.
• You support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR technology solutions.
• You collaborate with IT teams and external partners to deliver scalable business solutions.
• You coordinate HR projects from analysis through implementation and change adoption.
• You create added value by maximizing usage of our current technology stack.
• You contribute to a data-driven HR organisation by improving processes, systems and reporting capabilities.

As a Business Analyst People & Organisation you will report to the Business Applications Mgr HR & Commun.

• You hold a Master's degree or have equivalent experience, combined with at least 5 years of expertise in business analysis, HR technology or HR transformation.
• You have proven experience translating business requirements into effective system solutions.
• You have experience analysing and documenting business processes using process modelling methodologies.
• You combine strong analytical skills with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• You are comfortable working with data analytics and reporting tools, including Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Excel, to support data-driven decision-making.
