La Lorraine Bakery Group is seeking a Business Analyst for People & Organisation to bridge HR, business stakeholders, and IT. You will translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories, drive workshops, and standardise HR processes through digitalisation.

You will contribute to a data-driven HR organisation with strong reporting capabilities and ongoing system improvements. You will report to the Business Applications Manager HR & Communications and work across

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent with at least 5 years in business analysis.
• Experience translating requirements into system solutions.
• Experience modelling business processes using established methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficient with data analytics and reporting tools (Power BI, SAC, Excel).

As a Business Analyst People & Organisation, you play a key role between HR, business stakeholders and IT. You analyse business needs, optimise processes and translate them into scalable digital solutions that support the growth ambitions of La Lorraine Bakery Group.

As a Business Analyst People & Organisation you will report to the Business Applications Mgr HR & Commun.

Your Profile

• You hold a Master's degree or have equivalent experience, combined with at least 5 years of expertise in business analysis, HR technology or HR transformation.
• You have proven experience translating business requirements into effective system solutions.
• You have experience analysing and documenting business processes using process modelling methodologies.
• You combine strong analytical skills with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• You are comfortable working with data analytics and reporting tools, including Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Excel, to support data-driven decision-making.
