Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in business analysis, HR technology or HR transformation.
• Proven experience translating business requirements into effective system solutions.
• Experience analyzing and documenting business processes using process modelling methodologies.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management/communication skills.
• Comfort with data analytics and reporting tools (Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Excel).

• Own the Customer Operations roadmap and drive business transformation across our SAP landscape.
• Support and optimize business-critical applications that keep production and supply chain running smoothly.
