La Lorraine Bakery Group NV is seeking an IT Customer Operations Applications Manager to own the SAP SD/LE landscape, lead a team of business analysts and drive a strategic roadmap for Sales & Distribution and Logistics Execution. You’ll advance AI-enabled processes and scale solutions for international growth across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent level of experience.
• Extensive SAP SD/LE experience with transformation projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Affinity with AI, digital transformation and translating tech opportunities into business value.
• Fluent in English with ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own and architect the Customer Operations application landscape (Sales & Distribution and Logistics Execution).
• Define and manage the long-term Customer Operations roadmap with business stakeholders.
• Lead a team of business analysts across projects from ideation to go-live.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to create business value.
• Support international growth by integrating new countries into the global template.
• Guide SAP SD/LE design and develop team expertise; coach through complex challenges.
• Collaborate with Service Management to transition from project delivery to operations.
• Report to the Competence Centre Lead Finance & Customer Operations.
• Contribute to data products within a growing Data & Analytics organization.
