La Lorraine Bakery Group is seeking a Business Analyst for People & Organisation to bridge HR, business stakeholders, and IT. You will translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories, drive workshops, and standardise HR processes through digitalisation.

You will contribute to a data-driven HR organisation with strong reporting capabilities and ongoing system improvements. You will report to the Business Applications Manager HR & Communications and work across

Qualifications

Master's degree or equivalent with at least 5 years in business analysis.
Experience translating requirements into system solutions.
Experience modelling business processes using established methodologies.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proficient with data analytics and reporting tools (Power BI, SAC, Excel).

Responsabilités

Analyse, challenge and translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.
Facilitate workshops and ensure alignment between objectives and system capabilities.
Optimise HR processes through standardisation, automation and digitalisation.
Support implementation and continuous improvement of HR technology solutions.
Collaborate with IT teams and external partners to deliver scalable solutions.
Coordinate HR projects from analysis through implementation and change adoption.
Maximise usage of our current technology stack and contribute to data-driven HR reporting.
