La Lorraine Bakery Group seeks an IT Customer Operations Applications Manager to own the Customer Operations landscape spanning Sales & Distribution and Logistics Execution. You will lead a team of business analysts, define the long-term roadmap, and align with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions across the international business.

The role emphasizes innovation, AI adoption, and global template development.

Qualifications

Master's degree or equivalent level through experience.
Extensive SAP SD/LE experience and track record in complex transformation projects.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

Own and architect the Customer Operations domain roadmap and template.
Lead a team of business analysts across multiple projects from ideation to go-live.
Translate business requirements into scalable global templates and drive solution maturity.
Identify opportunities to apply AI and emerging technologies for business value.
Support international growth by integrating new countries into the global template.
Coach the team in SAP SD/LE challenges and ensure smooth transition to operations.
