USG Professionals Belgium is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong HR expertise to drive a major HR planning and workforce transformation programme. You will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to define future-state processes and requirements.

You will analyze AS-IS processes, document business rules, and help design TO-BE solutions. The role requires delivering clear requirements, coordinating testing, and supporting change activities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Solid HR domain experience with HR planning/workforce planning.
• Experience translating AS-IS to TO-BE models.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Professional fluency in Dutch and English.

Are you a Business Analyst with strong HR experience and a passion for improving the way organisations plan their workforce? Then this could be an interesting transformation assignment for you.

We are looking for a hands-on Business Analyst to support a major HR planning and workforce transformation programme. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand the current way of working, challenge existing processes and help define the future-state solution.

? What will you do?

• Analyse and document AS-IS processes and business rules
• Define and document TO-BE processes and business rules
• Analyse current HR planning tools and ways of working
• Investigate options for the future planning solution and assess whether the current tool remains fit for purpose
• Gather and translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements
• Perform impact analyses across processes, organisation, data and applications
• Work closely with HR and other business stakeholders and challenge the status quo
• Support the definition of solutions around:

• Shift planning and scheduling
• Holiday and absence planning
• Overtime management
• Workforce and capacity planning
• Planning across different departments

• Support testing, validation and implementation of the future solution
• Contribute to documentation, user guidance and change activities

? What are we looking for?

You have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Solid experience within the HR domain — this is important
• Proven experience with HR planning / workforce planning
• Experience analysing business processes and translating AS-IS → TO-BE
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently
• Professional fluency in Dutch and English

Nice to have

Experience with one or more of the following is a strong advantage:

• Planpoint
• SAP SuccessFactors
• Workforce Management / Workforce Planning tools
• Shift scheduling / rostering
• Self-scheduling
• Capacity planning
• Holiday and absence planning

Planpoint or SuccessFactors experience is a plus, but not a must.
