Capco is seeking a Business Analyst specializing in card payments to join their team in Brussels. The role includes establishing relationships with stakeholders, optimizing clients' roadmaps, and supporting the design of card payment products. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in business analysis and a strong understanding of the Belgian card payments market.

Responsibilities

• Establish collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders
• Working closely with clients to define and optimize their roadmap
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Support the design and optimization of card payment products, processes, and customer journeys.
• Shaping and executing complex digital transformations
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technological solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager, Product Expert, or a similar role.
• Experience acting as the link between business and IT stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of card payment products and/or payment processes.
• Good understanding of the Belgian card payments market, digital wallets, and related products (e.g. Edenred and similar solutions).
• Experience with digitalization and transformation projects.
• Experience in process modelling and business process analysis.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.

Languages

• English is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
