Description du poste

• Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs in the cards industry
• Analyse product performance (revenues, market share, NPS, etc.)
• Identify improvement opportunities for card products and services
• Analyse and challenge business requirements and change requests
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define optimal solutions
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria
• Act as the interface between business and IT teams
• Define business scope and target operating models
• Support implementation and ensure successful delivery (including BAT)

Required profile.

• At least 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong expertise in cards products & payment solutions
• Good understanding of cards ecosystem (Belgium market is a plus)
• Experience bridging business & IT environments
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Experience in Product Owner / Project Management is a plus
• Familiarity with payment solutions (e.g., Apple Pay, Wero, etc.) is a plus
