TALEO Consulting Group in Belgium seeks a seasoned Business Analyst specialized in cards to analyze issues, define business requirements, and bridge business and IT. You will work with the squad to evaluate change requests and identify viable solutions, while coordinating BAT and ensuring clear acceptance criteria.

You will interface with business and IT stakeholders, define operating models, and drive alignment across domains in a 50% on-site / 50% homeworking setup.

Competenze

• 8+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in a Cards environment.
• Strong knowledge of Cards products, processes and Belgian Cards/payments market.
• Knowledge of Cards-related technology and architecture and IT linkage.
• Master’s degree in Business Management or equivalent experience.
• Languages: strong English (written and spoken), good French, Dutch.
• Nice to have: Project Management or Product Owner experience, Agile, Wero, Apple Pay, target operating models.
• Soft skills: client-oriented, analytical, structured, strong communication/negotiation, independent and solution-oriented, adaptable, team player.
• Working model: 50% on-site / 50% homeworking.

Required profile.

• Strong knowledge of Cards products, processes and related services, and of the Belgian Cards and payments market
• Knowledge of Cards-related technology and architecture, with the ability to explain complex business topics and their link with IT
• Master’s degree in Business Management or equivalent experience
• Languages: strong English (written and spoken), good spoken French, spoken Dutch
• Nice to have: Project Management or Product Owner experience, Agile methodology, knowledge of Wero and Apple Pay, experience with target operating models
• Soft skills: client-oriented, analytical and structured, strong communication and negotiation skills, independent and solution-oriented, adaptable, team player
• Working model: 50% on-site / 50% homeworking
