Phinest, a Belgian Management Consulting firm, is seeking a Business Analyst focused on Financial Services and Investment. You will gather, analyze and document requirements, translate complex data into actionable insights, and collaborate with Business, IT and Compliance to deliver effective solutions.

The role requires a Master degree and 5+ years in Banking or Financial Services, with strong knowledge of MiFID, Excel, SQL and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Master degree required.
• 5+ years BA experience in Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong knowledge of investment products and financial services.
• Understanding of regulatory environments (MiFID) is an asset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Excel, SQL and BI tools (Power BI or Tableau).
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is an asset.

Position: Business Analyst – Financial Services & Investment

• Gather, analyze and document business, functional and technical requirements.
