Phinest, a Belgian management consulting firm, is looking for a Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across sectors. You will own projects from inception to closure, manage scope, planning, resources and risks, and report to leadership.

The role requires a Master’s degree, 2–10 years of PM experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and fluency in French and English (Dutch a plus). You’ll thrive in a multicultural matrix environment and contribute to a collaborative,

Responsabilités

• Be responsible for the successful realisation of the project, from inception to closure (scope, planning, resources, risks, budget).
• Ensure resources availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to reduce project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Act as a leader and as a coach to your project team members.

Position: Project Manager

Responsabilities:

• Be responsible for the successful realisation of the project, from inception to closure (scope, planning, resources, risks, budget…)

Skills and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Management or Business
• 2 to 10 years of a proven experience in Project Management
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a multicultural, matrix organisation where the workload requires balancing multiple responsibilities and priorities simultaneously
• Ability to communicate strategically with various stakeholder including a business audience
• Effective time management and ability to clearly identify priorities and manage multiple tasks
• Flexible and able to adapt quickly to a new environment
