Phinest, a Belgian Management Consulting firm, is seeking a Data Analyst to turn data into actionable insights for Bel20 and related clients. You will collect, clean and analyze data from multiple sources, develop dashboards and KPIs, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

You will collaborate with business and technical teams, ensure data quality and contribute to data-driven transformation projects. Fluent in French and English with Dutch an asset, you’ll join a growing, collaborative

Qualifications

• Master Degree.
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of data modelling and data visualization best practices.
• Experience working with large datasets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is an asset.
