Studio Fledge in Belgium is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to translate business requirements into technical solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to understand needs and model processes.

You will develop business cases, create functional specifications, and support IT teams to deliver solutions. The office is located near Berchem station, offering an autonomous, high-impact environment with frequent team activities and on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to model them effectively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
