Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst Consultant to join our team. This role involves facilitating collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and objectives.
• Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements.
• Translate high-level business requirements into detailed specifications.

Stakeholder Communication

• Bridge the gap between business & technology.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and priorities.

Project Support

• Support project managers with scoping, planning, and timeline estimation.
• Assist in testing and validating implemented solutions.
• Monitor project deliverables to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Required qualifications

Technical skills: Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, SQL and Power BI. Understanding of agile and scrum methodologies.

Consulting Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Able of understanding client requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions, and presenting recommendations to diverse audiences.

Languages skills: fluent in Dutch or French with a very good knowledge of English.

Academic background: Master in Finance / Business Engineer / Computer Science / Data Science / or a related field.
