SThree, a major Belgian public sector programme partner, seeks a Business Analyst to support a strategic programme focused on optimising large-scale digital systems for monitoring, data processing and operational decision-making. You will analyse current processes, gather requirements and shape future-state designs in a hybrid Brussels environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT environments.
• Strong skills in business analysis, process mapping and requirements management.
• Experience with multiple stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical, communication and documentation skills.
• Experience in public sector environments is an asset.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Visio or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyse current business processes, applications and infrastructure.
• Gather, challenge and document business and functional requirements.
• Define future-state processes and support solution design activities.
• Produce functional and technical documentation.
• Identify risks, dependencies and operational impacts.
• Support knowledge transfer and transition towards operational teams.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, analysts and technical teams.
• Ensure structured reporting and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
