Senior Business Analyst – Banking Transformation

Experience: 10+ years

We are supporting a leading financial-services organisation undertaking a major technology transformation in Belgium and are looking for several Senior Business Analysts.

Candidates should bring deep expertise in at least ONE of the following areas:

Trading & Wealth Management

• Trading, wealth, asset management or capital-markets processes.
• Trade lifecycle, order management, portfolio management and investment products.
• Experience working with trading/investment platforms.

Regulatory Reporting

• Regulatory or risk reporting transformation within banking.
• Data mapping, source-to-target analysis and data lineage.
• Data quality, governance, validation and reporting controls.
• Exposure to frameworks such as COREP, FINREP, BCBS239, Basel or AnaCredit advantageous.
• Cash, transaction or securities reconciliation.
• Accounting and General Ledger processes.
• Settlement, matching, break and exception management.
• Experience with reconciliation platforms advantageous.

Core requirements

• 10+ years’ Business/Functional Analysis experience.
• Strong banking or financial-services background.
• Requirements gathering and functional specifications.
