UNOPS Brussels Partnerships Office seeks a Director to lead strategic engagement with key partners, including EU institutions, and to drive partnership development, portfolio growth and mission delivery from Brussels.

Based in Brussels, the Director provides senior leadership to a diverse team, oversees partner portfolios, and ensures high standards of integrity, collaboration and delivery across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 12 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree (or equivalent) with 10 years of relevant experience is required.
• Experience in strategic and managerial leadership in international development, business development, operations and/or programme management in a large international organization.
• Experience of working in multicultural environments or UN system organizations in a developing country is desired.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Alignment and Direction: contribute to strategy, provide insights, support decision-making by leadership.
• Key Partner Strategy and Positioning: develop strategies for key partners, embed mission-led intent.
• Key Partner Engagement and Representation: engage senior officials, represent UNOPS in external meetings, lead partnership discussions.
• People Leadership: build a high-performing, inclusive team culture and ensure safeguarding and accountability.
• Knowledge Management and Innovation: share knowledge, drive continuous improvement and capacity building.
