UNOPS Brussels Partnerships Office seeks a Director to lead strategic engagement with key partners, drive growth and strengthen mission delivery from the Brussels hub. You will model UNOPS values, manage a high-performing team and deepen partnerships to expand portfolio impact.

Based in Brussels, the Director will supervise a diverse group, coordinate with HQ and regional teams, and represent UNOPS in high-level engagements to enhance credibility and delivery capacity for the people we serve.

Qualifications

• Experience in international development leadership and partnership management.
• Ability to lead multi-stakeholder engagement and drive strategy.
• Proven track record in overseeing large partnerships and program growth.

Responsabilités

• Set strategic direction for key partners and monitor portfolios.
• Engage senior partner officials to advance UNOPS strategy.
• Lead knowledge sharing and innovation within PFG.
• Oversee risk management and performance across partners.
• Represent UNOPS in external meetings and forums.
