UNOPS Brussels Partnerships Office seeks a Director to lead senior engagement with partners, align with PFG strategy, and expand the office's portfolio of collaborations. The role requires a proven track record in international development leadership, strong relationship management, and the ability to translate opportunities into programs.

You will manage a diverse team, drive knowledge sharing, negotiate framework agreements, and represent UNOPS in external forums.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 10 years of relevant experience required.
• Proven leadership experience in international development or related large global organizations.
• Experience in multicultural environments, UN system, or developing countries desirable.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement partner strategies, driving collaboration and opportunities for scale.
• Engage senior officials within partner organizations, representing UNOPS externally.
• Lead consultations to understand partner priorities, manage risks, and develop framework agreements.
• Oversee people management and foster a culture of trust, diversity, and accountability.
• Drive knowledge management and innovation for improved partner engagement.
