UNOPS, Brussels Partnerships Office, seeks a Director to lead senior partnerships work with key partners including EU institutions, advancing strategic engagement and opportunity development to scale up impact. You will shape partnership strategies, oversee portfolio growth, and ensure governance, risk management and high performance in a diverse team across UNOPS networks and partners.

Dedicated to delivery in humanitarian and development contexts, the role drives cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 12 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree (or equivalent) with 10 years of relevant experience is required.
• Experience in international development and working in multicultural environments is desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic partnerships and lead senior-level engagements.

Responsabilités

• Engage senior officials within key partner organizations on UNOPS strategic plan and business model.
• Lead and facilitate senior-level consultations with key partners to deepen understanding of priorities and risks.
• Plan, recruit, manage and develop a diverse workforce to ensure optimum performance.
• Oversee, monitor and direct measures to maintain safety, security and integrity of personnel and information.
• Lead knowledge sharing and innovation to improve partner engagement and service delivery.
