Hilton Brussels Grand Place in Brussels is offering a Kitchen Trainee internship for a minimum of 3 months starting in 2026. You will join our kitchen team in the restaurant and banqueting departments to learn under the supervision of our chefs.

You will assist with food preparation, station setup, and ensuring high hygiene and presentation standards while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and/or English.
• Enrolled in hospitality school or similar programme.
• Passionate about cooking and eager to learn.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Chef and kitchen team with food preparation.
• Help prepare ingredients and set up workstations.
• Assist with starters, mains and desserts under supervision.
• Help clean and maintain workstations, utensils and equipment.
• Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are followed.
• Support the team in organizing each service for quality/efficiency.
• Contribute to new recipe creation/testing under supervision.
• Ensure every dish leaves with impeccable presentation.
