Courtyard Brussels Hotel is seeking a motivated culinary intern to join the kitchen team. You will assist with washing, cutting, cooking, and sauce preparation, while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general culinary practices.
• Knowledge of hygiene standards and food safety.
• Demonstrates hard working and reliable work ethic.
• Fluency in French or English is required.

Responsabilités

• Wash and cut vegetables or fruits.
• Cook soups, vegetables, fish and meat to standard.
• Prepare sauces and fund preparations as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and kitchen equipment.
• Follow FIFO and ensure fresh fruit/veg storage compliance.
• Plate and present meals with consistency and quality.
• Assist chefs and respond to orders with urgency.
