DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels is offering a culinary trainee internship starting in 2026 in Brussels. You can develop your skills in our restaurant or banqueting department under an experienced team.

The ideal candidate is fluent in French and English, enrolled in a hospitality school or similar programme, and genuinely passionate about cooking. Housing support or internship allowance is available for international students, with shifts including early and late hours.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Chef and kitchen team with food preparation.
• Prepare ingredients and set up workstations.
• Assist with starters, main courses and desserts under the Chef's supervision.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards across kitchen operations.
• Support the team in organising each service, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Contribute to creation and testing of new recipes under the Chef's supervision.
• Ensure every dish leaves the kitchen with impeccable presentation.
