Delvaux in Brussels is looking for a Global Retail Trainer to enhance client advisor excellence globally. You will design, produce, and manage impactful learning programs and deliver training sessions both online and in-person.

The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years experience in instructional design and be proficient in digital authoring tools. A creative environment focused on quality and collaboration awaits you.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a learning & development, instructional design, or retail training role.
• Proven ability to independently design and produce high-quality digital learning content.
• Curious about retail and client experience development.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop engaging digital learning content for the My Arsenal platform.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the My Arsenal platform.
• Deliver selected training sessions online and support product launches.
